About these terms
These terms apply when you use EyeCheck.app, which is run by Potential Dynamics Pte Ltd, Singapore (UEN 202516281E). By using the service, you agree to them.
Screening, not diagnosis
EyeCheck.app gives a preliminary vision screening. It is not a diagnosis, prescription or full eye exam. Results are a guideline only, and we can’t guarantee they are 100% accurate.
Always see a qualified eye care professional for diagnosis or treatment. Get care straight away if your vision changes suddenly.

- Give accurate information.
- A parent or guardian must take the test with, or for, a child.
- Don’t misuse the service, try to break or reverse engineer it, or copy or redistribute its content.
Fees and payment
- The basic screening (a Pass or Refer result) is free and may show ads.
- A detailed PDF report costs $2.
- Schools and healthcare providers: SGD 100 for 100 screenings, including a PDF report for each screening, setup and training.
- Donations are voluntary and processed by Stripe.
If something goes wrong with a payment, contact support@eyecheck.app and we’ll look into it.
